Graco Pump Packing Repair Kit
When a sprayer starts leaking paint at the throat, losing pressure, pulsing, or struggling to prime, worn packings are usually the cause. These genuine Graco kits rebuild the fluid section with new packings, seals, O-rings, and balls, so you're not replacing a whole pump for a wear item.
Pick the right kit for your sprayer
Graco makes different packing kits for different pump sizes, so match yours before ordering:
- Kit 248212: Ultra Max II 695 and 795, Ultimate MX II 695 and 795, GMax II 3900, and LineLazer 3900
- Kit 248213: Mark V, GMax II 5900 and 5900 HD, and Ultra Max II 1095 and 1595 (ProConnect pumps)
Not sure which one you need? Check the model number on your sprayer or the pump label, or call us with it and we'll confirm the fit before you buy. Graco's parts manual for your machine is the final word on compatibility.
Signs it's time to rebuild
- Paint leaking at the throat or wet cup
- Loss of pressure or trouble holding pressure
- Pulsing or an uneven spray pattern
- Slow or difficult priming
Why genuine parts
Genuine Graco parts are made from the same materials as the originals, so they stay compatible with the coatings your pump was designed for. A packing rebuild is a routine job on a busy sprayer, and keeping a kit on the shelf means less downtime between jobs.
