In-Store Pickup – Always Free

We offer free in-store pickup for all items, with no minimum order required. Orders can be collected from our store located at:

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting your order.

Local Delivery (Within 20km Radius)

We offer free local delivery on orders over $75 (before tax) within a 20km radius of our store.

  • Orders below $75 are still eligible for delivery, but standard carrier rates will apply.
  • Deliveries are typically handled by Canada Post or similar carriers, and we aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier service and your location.

Shipping Outside the Local Area

For customers outside the 20km delivery radius:

  • No minimum purchase is required.
  • Shipping charges are based on real-time rates from carriers like Canada Post, UPS, or equivalent.
  • You will see exact shipping costs at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Some large or heavy items may require scheduled delivery or freight shipping, which may incur additional costs. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing.

Shipping Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, unit number, buzzer code, phone number, and email are correct when placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause delivery delays or result in additional address correction charges.

Important Information

  • Shipping insurance is not offered at this time. We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and reporting any issues as soon as possible.

Remote Area Surcharge

Some remote or air-only serviced areas may incur extra charges. If your location requires additional fees, we will notify you before shipping. You may choose to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.
