Graco Endurance Vortex Piston Pump
When your sprayer is losing pressure, leaking at the pump, or just not pumping like it used to, swapping the whole pump lower gets you back to work faster than chasing a rebuild. This is the genuine Graco replacement pump, and it's the same pump Graco builds into these machines from the factory.

It can also be fitted to some previous-generation machines, but you may need a new suction hose or hopper depending on your setup. If you're not sure your sprayer takes this pump, bring in the model and serial number or give us a call before you order.
Why the Vortex pump
- Vortex rod rotation: the piston rod rotates automatically as it pumps, so the packings wear evenly and side loading is virtually eliminated. Graco says this gives up to 3x the life of the closest competitor.
- Longer piston stroke: up to 80% longer than competitive models, which means more paint moved per stroke and better flow and performance
- More wear surface: the extended stroke also spreads wear over a larger area, so the hard parts last longer
- 5-piece V-MAX Blue packings and a hardened stainless steel cylinder
